A few kind words from our recent guests ...

We enjoyed some lovely home made cakes and scones, soup and an amazing choice of teas. Kids loved the salted caramel hot chocolate. But what really made it was the warm welcome and knowledgeable staff about teas. Thank you!

Beautiful place with beautiful food. Service was wonderful, especially the young lad. Try the cakes and scones-amazing!

Cozy little dog-friendly cafe with outdoor seating in a little plaza away from the traffic. They have a scone of the day, which is exciting -(in addition to the customary plain and fruit options) - we lucked out with lemon and blueberry. Crumbly, but very lemony. We also had the beans on toast, good thick granary bread from a local bakery and a decent ladel of beans. All in all a lovely stop in our walk

Stopped at this Cafe for a lunch time snack. Would definitely return. Very Covid safe, table and chairs cleaned before we sat down, staff wore masks. Staff very friendly and welcoming with good service throughout . We had various choices for lunch off the menu, all food was pesented well and delicious - especially the home made plum, blueberry and cinnamon cake.

We came across this lovely tea room on our walk (Hawkshead Circular) and stopped for a coffee and scone with clotted cream. Very tasty, and the service was very friendly. Would definitely recommend :)

Excellent tea for two served in a large tea pot made from proper leaf tea. We had home made tea bread and a scone with jam and cream. The cream was clotted cream! Delightful with lovely friendly service too.
