The tearoom is in the older part of Hawkshead. Formerly known as Crown and Mitre Cottage as it is believed to have been one of the many pubs in the village.
We are situated in Berkley Square which is next door to the Kings Arms pub on one side and the tiny Methodist chapel on the other side and also the Honeypot speciality shop close by.
We have a seating area outside in Berkley Square which is away from the road and a nice sun trap where you can sit, relax and people watch, plan your next walk or your route back!
